About the PLACE

Friendship Lane is a stunning private estate in Bajkhet, Uttarakhand that boasts 7 pet-friendly cottages with 2 bedrooms each, overlooking stunning vistas of the Himalayas and valleys: with 13 different sceneries to get a glimpse of, from the home!
The set of private cottages in Bajkhet are located 80 km from Jim Corbett and 160 km from Pantnagar airport. They’re ideal for couples, small families and large groups.
Each homestay has a bedroom (with ensuite bathroom), a living room and a kitchenette on the ground floor. The first floor opens up to a studio room with a lounge area and a private balcony.
Every cottage has its own private garden, balcony and heaters
The central kitchen of the estate has a common dining area and a terrace.

Regarded as the ideal ‘do-nothing’ vacation home, you’ll surely be making the best of your much-needed break as you enjoy 13 UNIQUE VIEWS throughout the day: the slow-moving poetry that plays in front of your eyes is a sight to behold!
While your furry pals roll over in the garden and have a paw-fect time, you can repose with your loved ones in the cosy nooks & corners of the home.
Gather with your loved ones and relish home-cooked pahadi meals in the central dining area and huddle up with your gang for a bonfire on the common terrace.

Enjoy a hot cup of chai as you unwind to the views, take a refreshing walk in the garden and end your day with a lovely bonfire with your group.
The famous Manila temple is just a short drive away from the homestay (12 km).
Guests can explore the quaint town of Bajkhet or take a drive to Jim Corbett, to explore tourist attractions there.
Up to 8 cars can be parked onsite.
Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can get affected due to falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes

Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
